ProcDoc is designed around data minimization: you log a de-identified clinical dataset, and we never ask for direct patient identifiers. We collect the demographic and procedural details you log, plus the account data necessary to operate the service.

We never sell your data, never train AI models on your encounters, and never share with third parties beyond the operational vendors we depend on (hosting, payments, email, analytics). See the Acceptable Use & Data Minimization policy for what you may and may not enter.
